These terms govern your use of tendihealth.com (the “site”) and everything you buy from it. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read section 8 in particular, it is about how the device may and may not be used.

1. Who you are dealing with

The site is operated by Tendi. Written correspondence goes to Hello@tendihealth.com, and our postal address and phone number are on the Contact page. Support is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to place an order and to hold the payment method used.
We sell to customers in the United States only, for delivery to a US address.
The information you give at checkout must be accurate. An order placed with false details may be cancelled.

3. What we sell

Tendi sells at-home devices and the consumable parts that go with them. The Tendi Pen is a handheld device that applies a fine, controlled electrical tip to a growth on the skin.
It is sold for personal use in your own home. It is not for professional, clinical or salon use, and it is not for resale.
Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them. Small differences in color and finish between a photograph and the item in your hand are normal.
Specifications may change as a product is improved. Where a change is material, the page is updated before the item ships.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is added at checkout. Shipping is free.
Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
We may refuse or cancel an order where a price was shown in error, and refund it in full. Details are in the Payment Policy.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it by sending a dispatch confirmation, and that is the moment a contract exists.
We may decline an order for stock, suspected fraud, an unverifiable address, or an unreasonable quantity.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we tell you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

United States only. Free on every order.
Packed and dispatched in under 48 hours on business days; 3 to 7 business days in transit after that.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Every device carries a 100-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Claiming it requires the order number, a brief reason, at least 14 days of use unless the item is faulty, one suggested adjustment tried, and the device returned. One refunded order per person or household.
You pay tracked return postage on a change-of-mind return. We pay it when an item is faulty, damaged or wrongly sent.

8. Safety and intended use — read this before you use the device

The Tendi Pen is intended only for growths already known to be harmless — ordinary skin tags and common warts.
Do not use it on a mole, a freckle, a birthmark, or anything pigmented, bleeding, itching, painful, changing in size, shape or color, or newly appeared. Anything in that list goes to a doctor. Several serious conditions can look like an ordinary skin tag to anyone who is not a clinician, which is why the card in the box exists and why this paragraph is here rather than buried in a footnote.
Never use it on the eyelid margin or on the eye itself, inside the nose or mouth, or on the genitals.
Not for use by anyone with diabetes, poor circulation, a bleeding disorder, a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, keloid-prone skin, or an active skin infection at the site, and not during pregnancy without medical advice.
Age limits: skin tag treatment is for adults aged 22 and over. Wart treatment is not for children under 4, and any use by a minor must be carried out by a responsible adult.
The device does not diagnose anything. If a growth does not respond, or if it returns, have it looked at.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no page of it replaces an examination by a doctor.
Follow the printed guide supplied with the device. Using it in a way the guide tells you not to is misuse, and it voids the warranty.

9. Content on this site

The text, photographs, illustrations, layout and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors.
You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
“Tendi” and the Tendi logo are our trademarks.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, keep the password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Activity under your account is treated as yours.

11. Reviews and anything else you post

If you send us a review or a comment, you allow us to publish and quote it. We will never attach your full name or email address to it without asking.
Do not post anything unlawful, deliberately false, or that identifies another person without their consent.
We publish reviews as written. We do not edit a rating, and we do not delete a review for being unfavorable. We will remove one that breaks the rule above.

12. Limits on our liability

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the site or the products.
Our total liability on any claim connected to an order will not exceed what you paid for that order.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by things we cannot control, including carrier failures, extreme weather, and interruptions to manufacturing or payment systems. Where such a delay is significant we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the state where you live.

15. Changes

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. A revision never changes the terms of an order already placed.

16. If part of this is unenforceable

If any clause here is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
